Snehapana is process by which the patient is administered the snehan Orally ( oil-grhita, vasa-majja ) snehpana treatment is given basically for treatment of the diseases mainly for shodhana purpose belonging to Rasa to Asthi dhatu, Srotasa and also for Increasing the Vitality of above dhatu and Srotasa. It is also performed as reparation for main Shodhana procedure as Vaman, Virechan, Basti, Nasya, & Rakatmokshana or Blood letting treatment.

Virechana is a process by which doshas are made to pass through adhomarg i.e Anus. It is said to be the important therapy for Evacuation of pitta dosha. By virechana the pitta dosha & Malas Are cleared not only from the colons and rectum but also from whole body i.e from cellular level.

Rakta Mokshana ( Blood Letting ) is one of the best therapies mentioned in Ayurvedic classics for Rakta Vikaras ( Blood disorders) and pittaja Roga. Further Aeharya Sushruta stated that it is one of the Important measures for treating the Surgical disorders. It lets the impure blood from the body. Now a day this treatment is widely practicing through out the globe. It is performed by various method , (1) Blood letting with Shatra ( Instruments ) (2) Blood letting with out Shastra ( Leech application). INDICATION : (1) Vicharchika (2) Wounds (3) All other Skin disorders. (4) Tumors.

It is a process by which the medicated oil or churna ( Powders ) should be administered through the Nostril is know as Nasya Karma.Nasya is said to be very useful in diseases of upper part of the neck. The medicine which are administered through the nose will reach all the organs & cell and destroys the vitiated doshas from the head. It’s Sphere of action is not only limited to above the neck but also whole body. It Stimulates whole nervous system. Cranial nervous and also maintains the functions of endocrine glands. Hence this treatment can be given in almost all ENT problems and also in general diseases of the body this therapy is very safe & simple and it can be performed without any medical supervision in OPD level.

Basti is a process in which the medicated oil or decoction is administered in to the Pakwashaya ( Rectum ) or Garbhasaya ( Uterus) or Mutrasaya ( Bladder ) with the help of basti Yantra is known as Basti.

A leather cap is placed on the saved head of the patient in which luke warm medicated oil is poured keep this oil on the head for a specific time a few session of this process will give almost reaslt of shirodhara and more effective in diseases of Ear, nose throat, Neuralgia migraine Chronic Rhinitis.

Medicated cold or luke warm oil or other liquid is dropped in a fine get on the central point of the forehead of the patient. Now a days it is seen that people are using four/two wheeler widely, they are awaking late in the night, they are consuming fast food, cold drinks etc and they are not getting the nourishment from Godugdha & Goghrita, Procedures such as Abhyanga etc. Heance the diseases like Katishool, (Backache ) Gradhrasi ( Scietica ) spondylysis, PID are very common & General Problem in these days being ignorant, patient go for X-Ray & after that get trapped of side effects of pain killers & lastly of any orthopedic Surgeon.
Ayurveda can cure such acute Conditioned patient it is a real fact & all most go through the Shnehan Swedan & Basti : treatment Shnehan therapy is of two main types such as Abhyantera & Bahya. Katibasti are monotonus & time killing job for vaidhyas & patients also Routinely the process katibastti need maspisti circle to keep the leuk- warm medicated oil region of the kati (region) or any other painful region of the body. The warm medicated or siddha tail pacifies the vata present at the lesion, lubricates and strengthens the region & this procedures should be repealed at least one per day. The number of days are depend upon the chronicity & Severity of the disease in the particular patient.

It is observed in daily practices that many patient suffer from low level of Hby. Count in Blood in absence of timely treatment or Blood translation may have to loose. Their lives it has also been noted that many patient can not effort this treatment due to their financial condition Blood translation means a need of proper Blood Banks which are not so common area many time they face scarcity of particular group of Blood. We got an idea of Rakta Basti give in our old. Samhitas implies in our practices with consultation with many Vadhyas. Reference of Rakta Basti were found in eharak Samhita in which the Blood used was of Animals Goat, Rabbit, Deer cat, Buffalos.

Concept of Rakta Basti: It has been stated in charak Samhita that wherever a patient suffer from excessive coss of Blood. It should be treatment with such Rakta Basti by this the blood Hby. Level can be increased. Wherever there is excessive loss of Blood from body. Rakta Basti should be administered, wherever there is need of Blood for body the Rakta Basti should be given mixed with Darbha ( NE" )

Mode of Action: Material introduced by enema in some instances can pass through the well in to the illume, such incompetence may permit the enema fluid to reach the duodenum.

According to above given references it has been clarified that the given Rakta Basti reaches up to Grhani and is absorbed further in to the body due to Agni Kriya.

KSHRA SUTRA THERAPY : Fistala-in-ano is a disease which is characterized a by one or more tiny opning in the Vicinity of annul orifice presenting a constant flow of pass & some times pain of mild to server degree according to the nature of inflamatioon the continuous soling of cloth with the thick & dirty discharge, is ossentially the main factor responsible to cause restless ness to the suffer the disease is common in all part of the world having uniform global distribution and is not known to show any particular racial stonily.

The treatment of fistula in one in the modern medical science is highly disgusting and unsatisfactory the nature of the disease suggests that it is primarily a surgical condition but no amount of surgical procedures are able to cure the disease to the satisfactory extent the ultimate cure in the operated cases is also the impredictable factor and as commented by nor bury “ more reputation of surgeon are lost in operation of fistula in all than in any other single operation. The modern treatment of fistula involves the excision of a wide area surrounding the fistulous treat that removing the entire fistula along with its origin.

The method is now operative in nature and belong to the para surgical group of measures. It involve the application of specially prepared medicated tread called ( Kshar Sutra ) processed with certain. Phytogenic caustic. The tread is passed in to the fistulous treat, with the help of a probe through the external opening guided through the internal opening and is brough out through the annual opening and tied out side the annual opening and left in site for seven days after which it is changed and retied. The patient is sent home after every sitting and advised to continune his routine work as usual. The disease fistula in is termed as Bhagandara in the Ayurvedic literature.

PUNSAVAN SANSKAR : Punsavan Sanskar is the procedure in which administered on the pregnant lady to have the child of desire sex. ( Male or female )

Punsavan Sanskar means the way to have the male child. The sanskar which implants the male child only is the punsavan sanskar.

There are two methods of the administration of this sanskar (1) Nasya (2) Paan
